The average dosage of the natural royal jelly is:
For children: 1 to 2 dose spoons
For adults: 2 to 4 spoons of 250 mg, 15 minutes before breakfast, for better absorption by the body. It is recommended for adults and children over 3 years old. Keep in refrigerator.
